Park, cancel or close an order

You will handle the order outside Enreship.

The order will not ship at all.

You already sent it yourself, another way.

Sees these orders but does not make these decisions.

Select the orders, then Bulk actions → Mark as Not Processed and confirm. Orders that already have a box or have shipped are skipped.

The orders leave the shipping queue and reserved stock goes back. Enreship stops tracking marketplace changes for them, so handle refunds or cancellations on the marketplace yourself. There is no button to bring a parked order back; duplicate it if you need it again.

From the order's row menu, Cancel order → confirm. Reserved stock goes back, and a box the warehouse already packed stays for them to return to the shelf.

Enreship does not cancel the order on the marketplace; cancel it there too. Once the goods have left the warehouse, the order can no longer be cancelled.

From the row menu, Mark as Shipped → confirm. Only Preparing or Ready to Ship orders without a box. Reserved stock goes back to available.

Enreship sends no tracking for it. Update the marketplace yourself.
