Terms of Service

Enreship provides software and related services for ecommerce order, inventory, shipping, tracking, and fulfillment workflows. Features may vary by plan, configuration, geography, and third-party approval.

Shopify, eBay, and Etsy are represented as current marketplace connections. Amazon, Walmart, and WooCommerce are planned. Planned Amazon features are unavailable unless and until implemented and approved for production access by Amazon.

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and authorize only accounts you have the right to connect. You authorize Enreship to use the permissions you grant to perform requested operations. You may revoke a connected service, subject to processing and deletion rules in the Privacy Policy.

You may not use Enreship unlawfully; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; submit malicious code; misuse third-party data; or use information contrary to marketplace, carrier, privacy, or consumer-protection requirements.

Marketplace, carrier, payment, and infrastructure services are operated by third parties under their own terms. Their names and marks belong to their owners. A connection does not imply endorsement or partnership. Enreship is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, account actions, or data supplied by those services.

Public pricing is quote-based. Applicable subscription, usage, shipping, fulfillment, storage, carrier, tax, and other charges are disclosed in a quote, order form, or checkout before they become binding. See Pricing.

Enreship processes information to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing page. Amazon Information is never sold or brokered and planned Amazon Restricted PII is subject to the stated 30-day post-delivery maximum.

We may modify or discontinue features and may suspend access for security, legal, nonpayment, or misuse reasons. No public uptime or service-credit commitment applies unless it appears in a signed agreement. See Service levels.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Contract-specific warranties, indemnities, limitations, and dispute terms are stated in the applicable signed agreement. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
