Carrier pickup: SCAN forms and BOL

A SCAN form collects the day's eligible USPS labels at your warehouse, from every seller, onto one sheet. The USPS driver scans one barcode instead of every package.

On Shipments, open USPS SCAN Forms, check the Warehouse and click Generate form. Read the warning, then Generate and download. The form downloads and appears under Today's forms.

Labels included in a form can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Labels bought after the form? Generate another form only takes labels not on an earlier form.

Generate BOL with All waiting boxes picks the shipped OnTrac boxes that are not on a BOL yet. Enter the Pallet count and click Generate; the form downloads as a spreadsheet.

Generate the SCAN form after the day's last USPS labels.

Labels on a form can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

A SCAN form does not mark boxes shipped: confirm the handover with Mark as shipped.

USPS does not accept pickups on Sundays or federal holidays.
